度假型酒店，環境還不錯啦。早餐還可以。但是床太小了，太軟。
另外交通很不方便，對外地人不友好。這個地方太小太偏僻了，都沒有uber，衹能靠酒店幫你叫出租車。

This was the worst 4 star hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The first day started well, we were able to check in early and were delighted that everything went so well. But then the big surprise: on day 2 there was no water, a pipe burst and no one could tell us how long we would be without water. Breakfast was an absolute disaster, little choice. Dinner was even worse and never worth the money. When the weather is not great there is not really anything to do apart from the swimming pool.

Ladies at the reception, without smiling, treating the guest from above, despite the snow up to the knees, there is no sign of willingness to open the ski slope, despite the announcement on the day of booking that the slope is ready and everything depends on the weather. It has been snowing for several days, temperature 0 +/-1. A nice attraction for kids, which is supposed to attract guests and then help them maneuver and see if they can do it tomorrow and go to another slope 10-15 km away.

Byliśmy z Żoną i Wnuczką 7 lat 5 dni w sierpniu 2025 r. Sprawdzałem wcześniej opinie (4,4 na 5 całkiem solidna ocena). Hotel obok lasu na rozległym zadbanym terenie z ogrodem, placami zabaw, kortami tenisowymi, dużym basenem z 2 zjeżdżalniami, chatą grillową i skałką ze stawikiem i małym wodospadem. Pokoje ze standardowym wyposażeniem z klimatyzacją i balkonem. 2 baseny wewnętrzne. Dobre animacje dla dzieci i smaczne posiłki zwłaszcza obiadokolacje. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie lub na życzenie z wymianą ręczników i wody niestety w plastikowych butelkach. Tyle plusów. Baseny wewnętrzne dostępne dla osób z zewnątrz co w sezonie wakacyjnym przy dużej ilości dzieci stwarza wielki tłok. Na basenie zewnętrznym płatne leżaki dla gości hotelowych, płatny bilard, kręgielnia. Duży minus to TV tylko 1 program dla dzieci ABC to nieporozumienie. W hotelach konkurencji są to standardy w cenie. Wysokie ceny w restauracji i wysoka cena za pobyt. Najważniejsze że Wnuczka zadowolona i dlatego dajemy ocenę 4.

Jeżeli szukamy miejsca na spędzenie intensywnych 5 dni wraz rodziną to jest to strzał w 10. Hotel przyjął nas w najlepszy możliwy sposób. Pokoje przstronne i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Żadnych problemów technicznych ani usterek. Hotel posiada wystarczającą ilość atrakcji jak na swój standard. Baseny wewnętrzne (zewnętrzne latem) zjeżdżalnie, strefa saun oraz SPA z bardzo fajnymi zabiegami. Kręgielnia, bilard, animacje, sala zabaw to już powszechna norma ale warto wspomnieć że są. Byliśmy w czasie ferii zimowych i teraz najwazniejsze. Hotel posiada własny nieduży stok idealny do rozpoczęcia narciarskiej przygody przez najmlodszych a i dorośli mogą sobie przypomnieć i szlifować umiejętności. Ekipa instruktorów z GIT-ART to rewelacyjni ludzie, pełni uśmiech i zapału. Są w stałej współpracy z hotlelem co tylko podnosi jego walory. Dziękujemy bardzo Miśkowi za świetne lekcje (córka już wspomina😉), Monice która ma wspaniałe podejście do dzieci (i nie tylko 😁) jest mega cierpliwa i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Gorąco polecam pobyt w Villa Verde, to był bardzo dobry wybór.
