Great stay, the rooms are very well designed, warm and cosy, and right next to the Virginia Water park. The staff were great and there is plenty of parking. All I’ll say on the negative side is that the pastry on the apple tart was soggy… pastry should never be soggy! I even checked with the staff and were told “it’s supposed to be like that” …. But I won’t hold strange soggy pastry against what was a great stay.

Positive:
Just around the corner is a wonderful park with a big lake = a perfect place to stretch someone's legs.
The distance to London Heathrow is approxingly 9 miles.
Negative:
The hotel is situated beside a road with a huge amount of cars passing by - even at night. It's quite noisy.

Bed pillows were terrible and ruined the nights sleep even though bed was comfortable

Nice location,good garden area.However we had issues with the toilet in our room running all the time.I had to isolate the water!

Great price, good location.
Hotel appears to have been recently refurbished, very comfortable room, well equipped. Above a friendly, pleasant Greene King pub, only had breakfast here but very good,
Nice helpful staff, very clean, great garden with lots of tables.
Great location for Windsor, Lego Land and Thorpe Park, and 2 minutes walk from the Virginia Water Pavillion and cafe.
One very minor gripe, rooms were very hot, needs Air-Con.
