Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend

Along with 3 other Couples we stayed at the Ingenia Holidays Murray Bend,Koonoomoo Victoria on Thur 6th,Fri 7th Sat 8th March 2025.On arrival Staff were friendly and accommodating,Facilities were average.The Park is along side the Murray River,ideal for boating and swimming,but sadly all these "positives" were destroyed by the Motor Bikes racing along-side our Sites and if the noise wasn't bad enough the dust created by the Bikes was terrible and very engulfing,and this went on for the 3 days we were there,thankfully not all day. Management were notified several times of the discomfort from the dust but said that area of land was not managed by them,end of story. Everyone of the Bike Riders was staying at their Park and they could have very easily persuaded them to STOP if they wished to remain at their Park. As it was a long weekend we paid top dollar which was fine but not for the excessive noise and dust created by the Bikes. We were unanimous that we could not recommend this Park while the Motor Bikes are allowed to continue.

The facilities have deteriorated & service has gone downhill dramatically. The kids pool doesn’t open until 11am & closes at 5pm - far from ideal on a 30+ degree day. The cabins are dirty & dusty and kitchen amenities are seriously lacking. We wouldn’t recommend this place

A great holiday park and pet friendly which is very important to us. Although our cabin was of an older style, it was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location on the Murray River was perfect and our dog Ruby thoroughly enjoyed her walks and encountering the many resident kangaroos.

The 3 bedroom elevated unit was set out nicely and the views of two bends of the Murray river the best I’ve seen , the staff were helpful, and nothing was so much trouble with answering questions when we had visitors wanting to stay . The park was clean and the BBQ area clean when I used facilities . They turned on some wonderful weather for us :•) . We had a great relaxing stay .

Great Cabins with Beutiful View of the murray with all amenties provided. Very clean and modern cabins with close access to town and great fishing spots . Also great outdoor areas for BBQ and great for big groups .

We were camping for 2 days. Great family friendly place. Few bathroom blocks with laundry facilities. Swimming pool was bit crowded. Very friendly staff, however the reception was closed on the second day and had to walk to the kiosk office to check in, hope they should have provided enough information in the first place. Overall, it’s a great place to stay …. Will come again.
