Our place is nestled in the heart of downtown in a beautifully completely updated home.

The patio may be a shared space in the event there is a guest in the studio apartment.
From the parking lot and back porch patio you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets with brilliant colors reflected in the clouds taking on the red and orange hues as the sun sets and rises.

Please park in the parking lot next to the house. You can park anywhere at the side of the house. all that space is yours to use. Overall not bad as we have stayed at this location before but this time we had one significant issue. We booked this property June of last year and we checked in at 2pm. We left for several hours and when we returned to the property someone had moved in even though we had all of our belongings in the house. They had 2 dogs in living room and one locked in the bathroom. So we had to sit out on the porch until our host Michael contacted them to come and get there stuff out. They returned within an hr and moved out but not before taking a bag with my wife’s shoes and a couple other things that were in the bag. Could have been taken by mistake but they made no attempt return the items. Not sure how VRBO can book two groups on same dates but it should not have happened.

Convenient to downtown
This was our second time to stay at the Downtown Gem. It was a girls trip to the Nac Wine Swirl. This house is perfect to visit downtown Nac. Convenient and walkable.

Fabulous location!
The location is excellent! We were able to walk to dinner and truly enjoyed the convenience. The home had everything we needed. Michael is extremely responsive and great to work with!

A quick girls' getaway.
This gem provided us with a quick girls' getaway, which was so refreshing. We could easily walk to all the downtown attractions in Nacogdoches.

Nacogdoches darling
This was absolutely perfect. Clean and walking distance to downtown shopping, Fredonia etc.

Model A Texas Tour
We had a great stay, plenty of parking (for a trailer if need be), car was safe. We had an issue when we first arrived and the host was quick to resolve. Good place to stay a block from downtown shopping and eating. Thank you for being a great host.

Excellent location for the Wine Swirl
The location could not have been more perfect! We booked this home for the convenience of walking the Nacogdoches Wire Swirl. The home was perfect for the 4 of us, which was my sister and 2 daughters. The home was very cute and had everything we needed for our short stay.
