My flight reached late at night. I checked in after 10pm. No one was there to guide or help with the luggage. Had difficulties looking for my room. Was told by an employee that my room was upstairs so had to go up the stairs with my 20kg back, 7 kg carry on and my handbag, only to be told by a guest that it was downstairs. I was frustrated and exhausted from my long flight from Australia. The guest took me downstairs to my room. Thank God for his help. The hotel was nice, except for their services, other things were good.

The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and have the bare necessities to get you through your stay. The environment is very pretty and calm.

Excellent service with airport transfers and easy check in. Continental breakfast appreciated. Room clean and tidy. Friendly staff.
One stained pillowcase, no air-conditioner remote (porter had to go get) no TV remote, wifi connection issues

Clean, good location, many places to eat nearby and handy for airport. Free drop off transfer at 5am worked smoothly. Reception staff very nice indeed.

Great location, check in was quite a wait, room was below average, stained dirty looking sheets, bathroom smells, towels smells. Ok for the price and location for overnight stay. Complimentary airport trf was good.

If you're up for a short break in Nadi, Capricorn is a great place for you. Convenient location, thus close to the airport and Nadi town. Affordable rooms and amenities are okay.
However, heads up!
- WiFi not free as they said in the booking. You have to pay at the reception for a daily plan/ I recommend you get a Sim Card at the airport.
- T.V is not working in the Family rooms.
- Laundry is not available but there is a laundromat nearby.

Very poor customer service,counter unattended no one there to answer your call,room was not cleaned, smoke buds on the floor,empty drinking bottle under the bed, and no towels. Ordered meal half cooked. I booked for two nights but used only one night will never going to use this Capricorn.
