For what’s on offer, this hotel is incredibly expensive. The service is average, And both the breakfast and dinner are not too good, Portion is small, Food selection is limited. The Onsen Is small and the outdoor area provided no view at all. Overall, it was an disappointing experience

Amazing stay! Hotel was renovated recently so the interior is new and clean. Hot water and iced water inside the room. They provided dinner and breakfast where you could try all the local dishes and they were surprisingly nice. Hot spring was also clean and nice. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and nice staff, and they have staff who speak a language other than Japanese. The room is super nice and has excellent amenities (e.g., Dyson fan, and hairdryer). The only down point about this hotel is that compared with other Onsens, they do not have staff to help out with luggage when we arrived.

We stayed at the western rooms with valley view and is really spacious. The room is clean and nice!
Food is prepared with many details, and all look so delicate and nice.
The surrounding is also very pretty for morning and evening walk.
There is a resting area with massage chair and it is nice and really relax especially after the onsen soak.

The staff is very helpful. One lady can speak mandarin,help us book taxi for travelling around
Location is good near the ferry and monster museum
Free laundry service with good dryer
The room size is a bit small
As a whole, the hotel service is good ,you can ask for pick up and drop off service in the JR oboke station
