We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

The hotel opened in 2023, the service is very good. We arrived late and did not go to dinner, and the front desk also called us to have dinner. We asked to stay in the villa upstairs, and the hotel arranged a room in a location that suited our wishes very well, with an unbeatable view.

The scenery of snow-capped mountains and villages outside the window is charming. The hotel staff are quite polite. The breakfast selection is not so much but the taste is as expected. Traveling depends on indrive, and it is not easy to walk 2 kilometers to the town in hot weather. And it is dusty and windy. But it is meaningful to explore very local small restaurants and tea shops on the way. Staying for one night is too short. Three nights is more relaxing and easy.

The hotel is located in the valley, there is nothing to go around, the building scenery is beautiful, maybe I came at the wrong time, it was surrounded by clouds and mist, I didn't see the snow mountain scenery after staying for three days, the hotel price does not match the indoor configuration of the bedding, the bed sheets and quilts are pilling, it is enough to go up the mountain to see the scenery and stay for one night

Our 2 night stay at Soaltee Westend Hotel in Nagarkot was worth every penny and effort. The hotel takes your breath away, literally. From the stunning views of Bhaktapur below, to the snow-capped Himalayas, one is left spellbound. The beautiful and aesthetically designed hotel is a treat for the eyes. The cottages are built along the hillslope, in a European-Nepali contemporary style. Each cottage has a beautiful bedroom with a view, a bathroom with modern fittings and toiletries. The clean and fresh bedding, the furniture and drapes make it a cozy nook. The hotel has a thoughtfully designed lift to help guests go from level 0 to 1. It is a good idea to request a cottage on level 0, for those with knee problems. Coming to the restaurant, this is where one spends the most time. The interiors will leave you awestruck. The aesthetically pleasing look combines traditional elements with the modern. The dining area is large, and comes attached with a barbecue cum lounge. The whole structure is made of glass, which makes viewing the outdoors easy. Food is fantastic and the chefs and restaurant staff do an amazing job with personal attention and care. The beautiful garden and landscape comes with a swimming pool and a baby pool. The pool is clean and well maintained. Overall we had a very memorable stay and will love to recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a break from city life, or family vacation. Our favorite spot was the outdoor deck which offers the sunset view in the Hills. I guarantee you that your photography subjects will not fall short!
