Standard King Room.
Stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing.
Service was exceptional, staff was great and helpful with anything and everything from luggage’s sent to our room while we check in, to helping to book restaurants within the hotel and even helped us to cut a melon we bought from the supermarket outside.
Amenities were great. Gym was big. We had Omakase lunch at the De Jima restaurant within the hotel and it was fantastic.
Hotel is connected to Amu Plaza which is a huge mall.

The room is only at a 3-star level, and the bed is too soft, not comfortable to sleep on. Parking is convenient, and it’s easy to get to the volcano. Food options are limited, but the service is good. It’s also convenient to go to the public hot springs.

My fav hotel in Japan so far. LOVE THE LOCATION. just right outside nagasaki station and the hotel even upgraded us to a balcony room. Love the view! room was v v nice too.
