Brand new and beautiful boutique hotel with excellent services. Spotlessly clean rooms and delicious breakfast at a stunning restaurant. Would definitely come again.

We stayed for four nights at this hotel during our trip to Nagasaki to celebrate my wife’s birthday. As the hotel had only recently opened, we had some reservations before arriving, but we were truly impressed by the various thoughtful services provided to make our special occasion even more memorable. The Premium Twin room in the main building was beautifully renovated with designer décor, creating such an inviting atmosphere that we could have happily stayed there for longer. The staff were clearly dedicated to accommodating our requests to the best of their ability. Whilst some of the younger staff members were still finding their footing, their eagerness and genuine effort to provide good service left a very positive impression on us. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but the dining room — converted from a 19-century chapel — was beautifully restored. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the slightly limited variety in the breakfast selection. The semi-buffet starters and salads consisted of the same five options each day, but the quality and taste were excellent, so it wasn’t a major issue. All in all, it was a truly memorable stay in the historical heart of Nagasaki. If we have the chance to visit Nagasaki again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.

Excellent time in hotel Indigo Nagasaki It’s my first time visiting Nagasaki. I picked hotel Indigo because for its historical vibe. It’s my first time staying at hotel Indigo, I love its boutique size, and the reflection of the city and city’s history in it’s decoration. The hotel is beautifully renovated, reflecting on Nagasaki’s rich trading history with the West and China. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous Glover Garden and Oura church. It’s also walking distance to famous sites such as Chinatown and Dejima. The hotel restaurant is located at the former onsite Cathedral, we had the 7 course dinner, delicious and the service was excellent. The front desk manager Mr. Hang made sure our stay is comfortable and welcoming. Our room is very large by Japanese standard, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Nagasaki
