１回目 ７月２８日 和田峠を越え和田宿に向かっているときに猛烈な雷雨となり農家の庭先で雨宿りしました。急遽ですが迎えに来て貰うよう依頼しましたが、快諾していただきました。 ２回目 ８月１８日 長久保宿から岩村田宿への街道歩きのため宿泊しました。 さらに、この宿では、宿主のご夫婦はもとより、宿泊者同市の街道歩きの情報交換をできます。

街道歩きで宿泊しました。和田峠越する場合この宿以外近くにありません。 立地で宿泊を決めましたが、夕食朝食共に、とにかく美味しくて驚きました。街道歩きを応援してくださっていて、次の宿泊地の相談や色々教えてもらえました。到着も見送りも笑顔で疲れが軽くなりました。ごちそうさまでした！また利用したい宿です。
