I was not satisfied, especially given its reputation.
First, the building is so vast and large that navigating it was complicated. There also seemed to be too few staff for the number of guests, which led to a one-hour wait for check-in. The pool is beautiful, but the operating hours were short, closing at 5 PM or 6 PM, so I couldn't use it in the end.
Regarding the valet service, I initially thought it would be convenient, but there was one instance where the staff couldn't find our car, and we had to wait over 20 minutes in the lobby. I recommend calling for your car from your room before heading down. For breakfast, I chose the western/Okinawan breakfast restaurant, which was decent.

The hotel's service and food were excellent. There were many local families with children. However, the room was old, small, and had a musty smell. The outdoor environment was very nice, but unfortunately, several water sports were canceled due to the weather.

We booked for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely stay. Our room had an excellent view over the beach and pools. We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby.
