Great location by the beach, but only a small free area for guests and most facilities require extra fees. The hotel feels a bit old with damp rooms, and parking is inconvenient since most lots are across a busy road—unsafe for kids and the elderly. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good and quite varied, and it was lovely to enjoy it on the higher floors with a sea view.

Kanehide Kise Beach Palace was a nice hotel to stay in! Although there was nothing much in the surroundings, the hotel had all your basic needs. There was a shop at their lobby selling drinks, souvenirs, even has a craft workshop to make small Okinawa crafts. Driving to the hotel was easy, just have to follow google maps. Upon arrival at the hotel, the carpark right at the hotel was full. At check-in, the staff then informed me that I can park at carpark P4, which was opposite the hotel. Parking was free as per hotel listing. There was quite a lot of cars parked at all their carparks by night time. Went for dinner at the izakaya restaurant on my first day there, the food was great! There was even BBQ served at this restaurant. Breakfast was at the top floor. Food served was great too! Mixture of japanese and western style food were served. There was a power trip in my room on one of the nights. Called the lobby for help, and they sent someone up in minutes. Power got back up after a while too.
From the hotel to Churaumi Aquarium was a 40 minutes drive. They had paid beach facilities that can be used. Overall, this hotel was great to stay in, would love to come back again!

A perfect place to spend your days in Okinawa. Although there is not much around the hotel itself (one restaurant), there are some cafes and shops in 10-15 minute walk. The stuff is nice, ready to help. There is a free beach in front, you can also rent sun beds and parasols, water park extra charge and a gift store inside the hotel. However, there is no outdoor pool, although the page says the hotel has it. The room is spacious and quite clean, the view is incredible and breakfast includes different kinds of meal (Japanese and European)

the hotel is fine, just not really good price in April. We book Nikko hotel as well, similar price with much better service, breakfast just soso, even no bottle water in room. the beach is nice. location is good if u swim.

Location: Not within Nago city but on the main road going into the city - not a problem if you are driving, but otherwise the hotel is about 20 mins by car from most of the main attractions in Nago
Parking: Ample free parking among 4 car parks around the hotel (see picture)
Room: Very spacious with a good balcony overlooking the entire bay (see picture). Drainage in our room was very poor - water in the shower/bathtub would not drain for a long time
Breakfast: A good spread including local dishes. Room came inclusive of breakfast for 2 adults, so had to pay for the kid (500yen per kid per meal)
Facilities: No swimming pool or onsen, but had a floating bouncy castle in the sea (for a fee) (see picture). Did not try as the weather wasnt good and the water looked really cold (in mid-April, which it was as we found out later at a nearby beach)

Very nice to have 10% discount at the store next to the lobby, but not much to go around the hotel, join the water park and it’s fun to play, clean room, just sometimes has bad smell with the AC, always no one in the front desk, don’t have kid’s amenities
