This hotel is definitely at a very convenient location to 2 Malls (Batam City & Batam Grand), right in front of a day and night food court, and surrounding environment of foot reflexology, massage parlors, coffee shops, retail shops, Kueh Lapis shops, etc., etc. The hotel is very basic. The rooms are pretty bare. All the necessary are there, but there are no "extras" inside or outside the rooms. The flooring is parquet, and the hallways are very echoey. No breakfast. There are no restaurants in the hotel. There is a body and foot massage parlor, a barbershop, and a small wine shop attached to the hotel. Those are the only shop services you get in and around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant! We had many fabulous stays there and will definitely come back again!

A must stay.hotel when i go Batam. Very convenient area with many food, massage and shopping.

The female reception declined my special request stating there is no such request, quite an unpleasant encounters with this reception personnel.

Had a blackout in the middle of the night and it lasted for a few hours. Staff did not give instructions and did not handle the situation properly. They also did not refund or compensate when asked.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location — surrounded by plenty of food options and just a short walk from Grand Batam Mall. The washroom felt a little narrow, which might be slightly uncomfortable for male guests. One small thing — we had ordered layer cakes for delivery, and there might have been a miscommunication, as we weren't informed when it arrived. Perhaps the staff did try to notify us, and we missed it.

Pretty decent & clean room for 2 nights stay. For toothbrush/toothpaste have to request from counter. Location 100%! Room soundproof quite bad so might not be suitable for light sleeper.

Nearby to A2 Food Court, BCS shopping centre , many Spa and Massage Palour, Grand Mall shopping..What you need is nesr the hotel.
