Pros: owner is friendly, self service amenities, comfortable beddings, family room has access to balcony.
Cons: only stairs from ground to L1 (check in). Lift only reaches L5 when family room is L6.
The biggest con is that the 2x family room shares a SINGLE TOILET. Aside from this - we enjoyed the stay.

Good hotel in convenient location. It was nice that they had traditional Japanese room. 
They have luggage storage, which is nice.
We stayed at 6th be, but the elevator was going till 5th floor so keep in mind in case stairs are a problem

Not expensive hotel with less than 10 minutes access to subway and airport train. Quick, no problem check-in. Quality/price ratio did meet my explications

The location of the hotel is good and convenient, only 8-10 minutes walk from the Kamayama train station. My room was clean and AC was strong. The reception was friendly and helpful!
However, we did not notice it was shared bathroom and toilet when making hotel reservation. Also no elevator above the 5th floor, families with stroller and big luggage may need to pay attention^^

It wasn’t super clean and you could hear everyone outside your room, you could not really lock the room. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have an AC!

恰巧遇到日本文化節，很多連鎖飯店訂不到😩
網站跳出商務旅館
開心的訂下，我這趟旅程劃下最後3個晚上～
坦白說⋯⋯
進門Check in 到進入房間都有點傻眼🙄
環境並沒有很好、也只有公共浴廁（想到半夜要到外面上廁所而擔憂）
有點後悔了🥺
但第二天⋯⋯也習慣了
地點離地鐵站很近、週邊也好多美食
重點是⋯最後一天可以直接搭名鐵快急到機場✈️
真的加分不少➕
老闆、老闆娘也都很親切（中國人）
溝通沒問題
便利性佳、價格便宜⋯
如果只是為了晚上睡覺而已，還真的是不錯的選擇
還真的是個不錯的選擇
