Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier

Reliable wellness night. I choose this hotel because i want a good sleep before long transit next day, and it is exactly what i want. Good sleep, room clean, bed is comfy and have space enough for lay my 2 big lugguages. High floor with very Nice city view, good location walk easily to meitetsu station for chubu airport train. The public bath has very good decoration, smooth and relaxing. All staffs are helpful, the reception staff i've met she explain very clear for all amenity of hotel. The hotel location is near the fish market of nagoya, which we found good sashimi restaurant. And just walk only less than 5 minutes you can access to the unimall, underground mall with lots of local store, which for me it is very convenient for last tax free shopping.

The view from the room it’s really nice) And front desk staff it’s all friendly ,specially staff Haluna .Y, She is really helpful to Solve our problem. Hotel location it’s really good, it’s easy the go everywhere

This hotel is quite near to the Nagoya Station. It will still be a short distance of walk but manageable. There are quite a few restaurants nearby.

The hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay! I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times! As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline! The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived. Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Hotel is good location sitting close to the Nagoya Station. Service basically was good except ehrn checking, the computer system was down and took long time to enter to the room. The restaurant was quite fully and making table reservation as hotel guest was hopeless. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Will come back but probably need to book bigger room.

Great location and breakfast, but the room was abit small and there is no gym in the hotel
