The landlord is very kind and helpful, always asking if you need any assistance. They even showed concern after you checked out, which was very heartwarming. The apartment is almost fully equipped, although not very spacious, it has everything you need. The only minor issue is that it's located in a residential area, so it might not be suitable for those seeking a lively atmosphere. The nearest subway stations, Jingxin and Rongsheng, are a 10-minute walk or more, or you can take a bus to the nearby Kangshengdori 4-chome stop. However, something is a bit strange: the landlord's Line ID cannot be found online. I'm unsure if Line ID is region-locked or if the landlord hasn't enabled ID-based searches, but there is a QR code in the apartment to add the landlord on Line.

When you arrive at the place, contact the store to ask for the key card. It's okay to live alone, but there's no room for the three of us to put our suitcases, and the visual area is less than ten square meters. Sleeping in the attic is a bit breathless. There are not many shopping malls and convenience stores in the surrounding area, and the transportation is a bit off. There are two stations, Jingxin Subway and Higashi Bipa Island, which are more than ten minutes' walk away. I couldn't find it without navigation, so I booked three nights and stayed for two.
