Good location with reasonable prices, and we felt very touched when the hotel kindly upgraded us to a VIP room because my wife is pregnant.

The hotel's location is superb, right by Nagoya Station. What's more, there are plenty of restaurants right downstairs, so you'll have no trouble finding authentic Japanese cuisine. The hotel service was also incredibly attentive and thorough. From a smooth check-in process to thoughtful room arrangements and convenient luggage storage after check-out, the entire service experience felt very reliable and well-managed.

Great hotel, excellent value. Rooms very clean and well appointed including robes. Wonderful amenities in the lobby to take to the room such as bath salts, skin lotion and toner and face masks and more. We were able to store our luggage. Breakfast was inexpensive and very good. Staff were very friendly.

The locaition is convenient to the train station and restaurant. The room is clean the bathroom is clean. the utilities functioned well, essential things for bathing and grooming are well provided. very nice experienced 👍🏻

Hotel is not far from the train station and the location is convenient. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the area. The room was super small. It seemed clean although the carpet looked very old and dirty. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Nagoya Station. The room was a bit small, but it was perfectly equipped and had everything we needed. Despite being in a bustling part of the city, the soundproofing was excellent.

Although the hotel is near JR station, but it is difficult to find it, also not many restaurants near the hotel.

Good location near both Nagoya station and Meitetsu Station. Lots of restatuants near by . Rooms are very clean. Provided quality amenities especially facial Mask and Goligo Candy. if you do not want to clean the rooms , you still get new tower and all new things as they are all put in a big bag infront of your rooms.

We took sometimes to look for this hotel. Location wise is not so good. The room has 2 single beds side by side and the beds seem smaller than normal single bed. Maybe it is normal in Japan. There are small challenges to open two 24" luggages. We only stayed for a night so overall is ok.
