Super helpfull staff very good quality food. From the arrival we have all staff member look after us and help us with all our question. Very nice area. Room confertable but a beds are a bit soft but this is my opinion. Will come back to this hotel.

This is the 3rd Jufa hotel in Austria we’ve visited and it’s the worst so far. Pros: close to Vienna, close to the forest, big green area, nice outdoor playground. Contras: Food was quite basic. indoor child playground was very poor, at least there is a slide and lot’s of balls, otherwise there is not much for the kids to do there. Staff was not unfriendly however 0 effort was shown to enthuse the customer. Rooms were tidy however our had an unpleasant smell when we first entered. Lunch: we were told there is lunch from 12:00pm however when we went they said that the cook will be coming later today ?!

Excellent 4* hotel, quiet, clean, large room with an amazing view. A very pleasant, beautiful bathroom with a huge window. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, everything is fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very nice and attentive. This is the second time we visit this hotel and we will definitely come back here.

The hotel is situated on a blissful slope just a few steps away from the village of Neutal, a very beautiful and quiet spot. The staff is motivated and very professional, always attentive towards their guests desires. A great place.

Schöne naturnahe Unterkunft, schöner Spielplatz, kleiner Indoor Spielraum, ein paar Tiere waren auch da (inkl sehr grosser spinne im Zimmer ;)), sehr freundlicher Herr an der Bar, gute Parksituation. Essen war lecker und alle haben sich etwas gefunden. Gratis Freibad nebenan (war sehr erfrischend)

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter durchwegs freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Freibad direkt neben dem Jufa ist Top.

Freundlicher Empfang, teilweise ungenaue Erklärungen. Beim Frühstück sehr umfangreiches Angebot, Zimmer sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage. Kegelbahnen vorhanden und vieles mehr zur Unterhaltung vor Ort (für Kinder). Leider wenig Auswahl beim Essen a la carte... Im Prinzip nur Toast... Ansonsten ein absoluter Unterkunftstipp!

Ein schönes Hotel. Ich habe in einer Jurte übernachtet. Hat mir gefallen, aber wenn es warm ist und die Sonne scheint ist die Plastikplane nicht gut. Es wird heiß und stink. Eine Stoffplane wäre ein Vorteil und besser. Strom für laden von Mobil ist auch wünschenswert.
