The location is fantastic! There is a bus stop and a public bus station within a 3-minute walking distance, and the monorail is also not far away. If you book any day tours, the meeting point is basically right here at Kenchomae-kitaguchi, super convenient!
The hotel lobby and public areas didn't seem to have the AC turned on, so it was quite warm. However, the room was great—well-designed and surprisingly spacious. Opening two suitcases at the same time was totally manageable.
The room features a fairly comfortable sofa and a small table, which is wonderful for grabbing some food and drinks from the nearby RYUBO department store to enjoy back in the room!
Even when we declined housekeeping, the staff hung fresh towels on our door every single day. They did this for all 4 nights of our stay, which was a very thoughtful touch.
The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but on the 1st floor, they offer complimentary self-serve coffee, sparkling water, tea, and juice every day from 2 PM to 10 PM. There’s a great variety, which is really nice! Highly recommended!!!

The stay was pleasant until we checked out and store the luggage. We kindly asked for some water refill and the man and tall woman from the front desk refused. Luckily the Indian girl felt bad and refill the water bottles for us. The breakfast was amazing.

Loved the wide room and completeness! Also loved how the receptionists were always trying to help you no matter how bizarre your issues are, even in english! The hotel was nearby restaurants, you won’t be hungry ever! Oh and they served free drinks till midnight :)

Very good location. Only a short walk to the shopping street which is mainly a tourist street. The hotel is quite new and rooms although small is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good with Okinawan food. There is free sodas, coffee and tea from 2 pm to 10 pm. The hotel also offers free onsen on the top floor. However it is an artificial onsen filled with added minerals to the hot water which is relaxing after touring around. There are many eateries around and a large departmental store next door with a food hall. There is also a bus stop with buses to attractions. The train station is also near and the hotel is 6 stops away from the airport which makes it very convienent. Good value hotel.

The location is very convenient. The rooms are small and the onsen is a nice facility to have after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Single room is spacious & nice comfort bed. Hotel got onsen facility is advantage. Buffet breakfast is average not much choice, almost everyday the same menu. Hotel located few minutes walk from Prefectural Office monorail station, staffs friendly & helpful, highly recommended hotel.
