There is no body towel. Need prepare own. Only one drinking water provided, no refill water in hotel

Room was relatively small, but it was a comfortable stay overall. Superb location located right along the shopping stretch. Hotel is also connected to a 7/11 which was very convenient.

Have a good time. It is located right in the center of Kokusai Dori. Near to everything. Small but clean room. Water pressure's strong too. Staffs were very kind. Very convenient parking system.

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Kokusai Street, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience store right downstairs – super convenient! We booked a triple room for two, and it was incredibly spacious. We could easily lay out two 28-inch suitcases flat. Just a heads-up on the cleaning: the hotel doesn't clean daily. If you stay for five days, they only clean on the middle day, so you'll need to keep an eye on the room's cleanliness yourself. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, but not replenished daily; they're only replaced on the third-day cleaning. Overall, it's still good! The location is truly excellent, and the air conditioning works really well! Plus, they even gave us three room cards, which was a nice bonus!

Very helpful receptionists and staff both via online and at front desk even though we received a baby cot by misunderstanding. Acceptable for 2,000 JPY per one room cleaning regarding eco-friendly policy but policy details should be clearly communicated with maids too. We received only towels for two nights without water or cool pads even though we ensured our message with the front lady. However, comparing to their impressive service, the place is worth to revisit.

The room was spacious and clean. It's located right at the entrance of Kokusai Street, making it super convenient for dining and shopping.

Hotel JAL is located in the middle of Kokusai Dori. Very convenient.

The room is too small for open the suitcase to put my thing in or out my luggage  However. Staff is pretty good. View is very good. Clean and Tidy.

Excellent location on the Main Street for food and drinks.
