I had the misfortune of staying at this so-called 'Mr. Kinjo hotel' in Okinawa. I will describe it as "Rubbish level hotel" in Okinawa. We arrived at 10pm, but nobody at reception counter. If you cannot make Japan local call, you have to consider to buy immediate ticket go back to your home country. There are only several parking space for the hotel guests and all the near parking space were full, it was really disaster for me. After move all the luggages to room, you have to spend one to two hours to accomodate your rental car. The air conditioners are super noisy, the water heater are two century ago products. The beds are hard as rock. Cannot find any convenience shops in 1KM circle. Don't be cheated by the pictures showed at Trip's hotel galleary. If you would like to have very unforgettable bad experience in Okinawa, try this hotel.
From the moment I arrived, it was a disaster. The check-in process took forever, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. My room was tiny, outdated, and smelled musty, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The noise from the street kept me up all night, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent.
To top it off, the food at the restaurant was bland and overpriced. I expected a taste of Okinawa, but all I got was disappointment. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This place is a nightmare!"
