Property is peaceful, all staff is too much cooperative @Shankar @Ritesh . Food hygiene maintained with delicious taste. Hospitality start with welcome drink, authentic pahari breakfast and dinner. I really like the concept of glass window with copy balcony.

Let me tell you, this is the best hotel with best food in entire Nainital. Hospitality, food, they are best at everything. I ordered veg combo , Hakka noodles, crispy corn and trust me it was super delicious. Please have a word with ***oj Bisht ji who will take care of your foody needs, he is the best person in Sterling.

Excellent kamouni thali, relished and enjoyed, chef Anandlalji very cooperative he deliciously prepared yummy dishes serving staff Mr Rajendra & and ***oj Bisht was very helpful and made us feel at home thanks a lot will visit again for sure

Best food i ever had. Warm response of restaurant staff specifically Mr. ***oj Bisht who made every possible effort to the satisfaction of guests. Rooms are neat and clean with proper ventilation, lighting and hygiene. Nice place to stay. Will sure visit again.

Awesome and astonishing food. The Entire family was amazed with the food. the ***ager mr. Rajendra Singh and staff Mr. abishek were amazingly cooperative and acknowledged our special requests which were not included in the regular dining. The family is still enjoying the aftertaste of the food
