Stayed here for one night before our flight to the Masai Mara. It is a great hotel. Rooms are very good, spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of drawers and hanging space, great shower plenty of hot water. Food is very good and you can dine inside or out. Bar area very nice and drinks are a decent price. Staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Location is ideal for Wilson airport, with free transfer takes about 5 mins depending on traffic. Definitely would stay here again. Asante sana.

The hotel has the best location if you need to overnight to go to Wilson airport in the am. It is on a busy road but windows are well insulated. The noise is more inside! The staff is friendly and the rooms adequate. Definitely not a good hotel for a stay in Nairobi. Don't even try to cross on foot the busy road in front, take the free shuttle to the airport ( or a taxi for 2 $!).

very nice hotel, warm welcome even late evening. the breakfast is very good with live cooking. rooms were very nice and big. large bed and big bathroom with shower. hotel provided a shuttle to Winston airport.

Great rooms, clean and friendly staff. I am going to this hotel with my Photography group since 2015 and always had a good experience. The booking process is always smooth and they respond to the mail promptly.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Other than that, all showed poor care and attention. Internet was too slow to be able to work efficiently, AC marginal (fortunately Nairobi not hot), light bulbs burnt out, TV service broken, walls/doors dingy/patched/dirty, trash and cart remaining in hallway all day. Generally disappointing. Will be moving to another hotel for remainder of stay.
