He then asked me for my reservation name, and then informed me of the accommodation arrangements. This gentleman's attitude was completely rude, surprised me, and ruined the whole fun. I'm not sure if it's because I asked customer service to help contact the host 9 minutes early, but even if I was 9 minutes early, I shouldn't be treated so unreasonably. It's incredible! ! Apart from this gentleman's poor attitude, everything about the stay was great.
