Everything is simply perfect, the service, the food is one of the best foods I tried during my stay in Kenya and the rooms are also lovely. We had an amazing experience and I tottally recomend this place. I wish I can come back one day.

We had an amazing time at Mbweha Camp recently! As soon as we got there, we were greeted by the sight of zebras grazing just a short distance from our doorstep. The thing that really impressed us was how well the staff took care of us and paid attention to every little detail. We were so happy to discover that they had packed a delicious breakfast for us to take with us on safari, which gave us the energy we needed for an early morning safari. This was really thoughtful. One of the best parts of our stay was the breathtaking sundowner experience. We got to enjoy the most incredible views while sipping on delicious drinks and nibbling on tasty snacks. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wildlife. Mbweha Camp is very family-friendly. The kids had a blast exploring the area, and both adults and children loved the swimming pool. The accommodations at the lodge were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. They even surprised us with a warm bottle in the bed in the evening, which was a really nice touch. Overall, we can say with confidence that our stay at Mbweha camp exceeded all our expectations.

Just a gem of a place….. We stayed for one night only as part of a multi-stop safari but would love to have stayed longer. The staff here are so friendly - from the reception staff on arrival, through to luggage porters, house-keeping staff and bar / waiting teams, everyone is determined for you to enjoy your stay - however short. We arrived after a long drive from Nairobi, but were greeted with smiles on arrival and a room immediately ready, and the lodges are exceptional - there are only about 10 lodges so this place is personal! We stayed in Eland which had an outside bath, was beautifully designed, was spacious and airy. Power in the room is only at certain times but not a drawback - you can freely charge devices and phones at reception at other times, and there’s good wi-fi throughout the reception area… We didn’t try the pool due to the shortness of our stay but it looked so inviting! We had lunch on arrival and an evening meal - all with excellent choices including vegetarian options - both of which were excellent, and then an early breakfast was delightful prior to heading off to our next destination. Afterwards enjoy a relaxing drink around the central fire and talk about the fantastic experiences of the day…. You’re very close to Lake Nakuru park (approx’ 20 mins) which provided an awesome game drive - rhino, giraffes, flamingo all in plentiful supply. And the finishing touch - a message on our bed to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary - the personal touch to round off an excellent stay.

We only spent one night here but wish it could have been longer. Such a gorgeous place! Beautiful, clean and spacious stone family cottage and a wonderful outside bath which was lovely at night! The food was incredible, the staff were all so friendly and couldn't help enough! We loved the pool and the garden. It was such a peaceful setting. Thank you Mbweha Camp!

I stayed at this amazing place for 3 nights in August. The accommodation is beautiful round lava stone cottages with all mod cons inside and even, an outside bath. I was staying on a full board basis and the food was incredible and beautifully presented. Every single member of staff was kind and friendly. I even was presented with a birthday cake despite having t9 leave this wonderful place the day before my actual birthday. As a solo traveller I was very aware of wanting to feel safe and I f Definitely felt safe in this glorious place. The camp is in the Soysambu conservancy bordering Lake Nakuru so game drives were only a short distance away. Lake Nakuru is wonderful I saw so much wildlife with my driver James that I was astounded everyday.

Excellent African lodge experience. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful and caring. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, safe and exceptional. The lodge was very spacious for family of 4 and beautiful in African style. Each bed had mosquitier The water in the bathroom was hot (which is not that common and easy to get in Africa) The food was excellent and good selection between meat and vegetarian. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you !

Lovely place, lovely grounds, great staff, food and drinks. Cosy nighttime fire (inside), we only had 1 night unfortunately so didn't have the time to try out the pool or the outside bath tub, but we really enjoyed our stay.

While Mbweha is considered a high end camp, I have to say I was a bit dissapointed. With only 10 rooms, it definitely is intimate. And the rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed. But compared to other locations we stayed, I felt that the staff, while workmanlike, just did not feel that genuinely friendly to me. Food, though cooked to order, was the weakest of any of the places that we stayed. The pool, though a bit small, was nice, but had a bit too much chlorine in the water. In retrospect, I would have stayed an extra night at Lion Hill and skipped Mbweha completely.
