Luxury interiors, Soviet building (renovated) with high ceilings, paintings on each floor. Especially impressed with a delicious home breakfast, prepared omlet as we wish and cooked coffee. Plays instrumental music, pleasant escort. Beautiful green territory."

"Never come to this horrible hotel! We had a luxury on the 8th floor , room 811. 8000 per day . First, the room is very very very tired. The carpet and sofa is all in spots! The sanitation of the USSR time. But! That's not the most important thing! The main thing is, it smells terrible moisture! Raw intersection with smoking. I don't know who and where smoked , but the room smelled very ! Also very smelled in the corridor itself on the 8th floor . But there was another smell: that pie burned, that chemistry somethin'. We have lost this urgency and smoke absolutely all things 🥶🥶🥶 We moved a day earlier, that was impossible there. In the night I breathed, opened all the windows, eventually I got cold. In general, never come here ! Well or after repair !"

"I don't stay in this hotel for the first time. The hotel is old, but the staff are very eager to make guests feel good. Beauty and towels are old but clean. Swansea is also. There is a cooler with water on every floor, you can pour hot to make tea. The two-bedroom rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view of the park and mountains. The one-bedrooms are also not close, but windows to the dirty yard and to the city. On the two floors in the one-bedrooms replaced the carpet, they became good looking. The hotel has 15 floors, three of which function. Very big plus hotel - friendly welcome staff on the respiratory. Always ready to help! Thank you very much!"

Nalchik Butik-Hotel ★★★

"I stayed there in mid-August and found it quite accommodating. The hotel occupies a three-storey mansion in the heart of Nal'chik, the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, on a green, quiet street. The rooms are clean, tidy, and cosy, the sound insulation is good; the beds are comfy. Breakfasts are yummy and copious. There are eight sets available; no advance booking is necessary. Do mind, though, that neither juice, nor cheese, nor pastries, nor even butter are included but may be served at an extra price. Their restaurant serves absolutely delectable local food for lunch and dinner for reasonable prices (see my separate review). The girls at the reception desk, Albina and Irina, were professional, hospitable, and really ready to help. Their smiles were not masks, but reflected natural emotions (it's a thorn in your sides, Marriotts, Hiltons, Radissons, and similar bigwigs). They offer three parking alternatives: in the street (unguarded), three places right by the entrance (unguarded), and an underground one (paid). Strongly recommended! There're no elevators (or bellboys!) there. I was lucky: Albina found some young buffs to help me with my luggage both upon arrival and on the day of my check-out (I lived on the second, Russian third floor), but other guests might not avail of such a fluke. "

"We have been at the Track Hotel for 3 days on May 1st holidays. The hotel is located on the shore of the mountain river, two steps from the lake with the same name directly in the city park. The views are very beautiful. There is its small picturesque courtyard. Betting, tents for celebrations, bridge (not functioning) across the river. Enjoyable, atmospheric place. The hotel is quiet. The girls administrators are polite and attentive. But there are also its downsides. It's quite asketical breakfast. Or a chilling, or an egg with sausage. Or a creamy pancakes. Coffee soluble. Women aren't going to starve, but the men of the administration should be taken care of and increased and diversified. It was also surprising that one set of towels was in a double room. The second sets were issued after the request. In general, we enjoyed the holiday. The hotel choice I consider successful and I can recommend to travelers wishing to get to know the beauty of nature and the sights of the city of Nalchik."
