Rarely have we stayed with our group of walking friends in such a grand hotel. As a seasoned traveller, having spent all of my career in some of the greatest hotels in the world, I have been awed by the quality of accommodation and especially personalised services. This is hospitality as it should be, Hotel Rosenbaum the example to follow to obtain greatness. Thank you!

Wonderful stay at Zum Rosenbaum on our hike from Merano to Riva del Garda. Very kind and hospitable staff and great room with our own terasse. Great breakfast w good coffee. Dinner was very nice (albeit w a few mistakes that were fixed) Felt at home at this very nice spot in Nals.

Terrible experience, we initially planned to stay there for a couple of days but we had to change our plans due to an expected family care obligation/urgency. We explained our situation to the front desk manager, the receptionist head a professionnal lady at first sight - but appeared to be rude and unempathetic.. we explained our situation but she did not want to understand us and even accused us lieing - first time ever someone would treat us that bad in a hotel or whenever where I am a legitimate guest with honest requests and intentions. Despite our excuses and requests for compassion, the hotel was not fully booked at all, they forced us to pay for the nights booked not prepaid and took our IDs in hostage. Terrible behaviors I would never recommend that place to anyone due to this experience first time ever in my lifetime and the receptionist head was really rude to us. I just cannot understand why professionals - like the owners - tolerate people like this working in their hotel. It is a real shame for the profession.

First of all this hotel has nothing that defines it as a "boutique" hotel. It is a misleading name. The quality of service and staff was deplorable and very amateurish during our stay. Not to mention the dilapidated state of some rooms. Lack of respect for the tranquility of the customers, the swimming pool is a simple water point where the children shout and jump unsupervised in the swimming pool. And the welcome on arrival is made in a very casual way and bordering on impertinence A very poor sense of welcome. A course of courtesy and friendliness and humility should be prescribed to them. And it has been really noisy all night long : without air conditionning we had to keep the windows open but then we had people singing and shouting all night long, Too noisy. Avoid at all costs.

Wir haben das Panorama-Apartment gebucht und waren sehr begeistert- toll eingerichtet und ein Wahnsinnsblick ins Tal zwischen Meran und Bozen. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr lecker und stilvoll serviert in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Das familiengeführte Hotel besticht durch die Herzlichkeit aller und der gefühlten Entschleunigung. Wir haben wunderschöne und abwechslungsreiche Urlaubstage erlebt und kommen gerne wieder, DANKE an unsere Gastgeber👏

Immerso nella tranquillità, il Boutique Hotel Zum Rosenbaum di Nalles è il luogo ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Appena entrati in camera, abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, curato in ogni particolare, spazioso e pulito. Ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio e i nostri bambini erano felicissimi. Il bagno bellissimo, molto comodo anche per una famiglia con due bambini. Non meno importante l'accoglienza dei proprietari, che provvedono ad ogni esigenza, con dedizione e passione. Da consigliare assolutamente!

Seit 2017 kommen wir jedes Jahr in den Rosenbaum und lassen uns verwöhnen. Das gesamte Team ist sehr engagiert und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Zimmer (wir kennen nicht alle) sind jeweils individuell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Überhaupt findet man im gesamten Hotel liebevoll gestaltete kleine Ecken (selbst am Eingang zur Tiefgarage). Alles - Zimmer, Saunabereich, Bar, Restaurant - ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und kein bisschen "verwohnt". Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Eierspeisen werden serviert, außerdem wird eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen auf einer Etagère serviert, alles andere findet man am Buffet. Für mich ist es das beste Hotelfrühstück überhaupt. Wir haben uns wieder einmal sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen immer gerne wieder.

Im Spätsommer 2021 verbrachten wir einige Tage im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar- vor allem die Louis Trenker -Suite mit eigenem Zugang zum Pool. Das Essen ist überragend, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Freie Plätze im Garten sind leider etwas rar. Die Tiefgarage erfordert höchste Konzentration und ist sehr eng.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen,so würde ich unseren ersten Eindruck beurteilen, welcher sich über unseren kompletten Aufenthalt bestätigt hat. Ein freundlicher Empfang, in einem schönen und liebevoll geführten Hotel, mit zuvorkommenden aber nicht aufdringlichem Personal.Unser Zimmer war schön,mit Balkon und einer ansprechenden Größe. Ein netter Poolbereich und eine tolle Gin-Bar laden hier zum verweilen ein. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und auch das Abend Menü, wo man aus diversen Gerichten auswählen konnte, ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage, als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern,Radfahren oder auch zum Besuch von Meran oder Bozen ist nahezu perfekt. Zusätzlich gibt es tolle Empfehlungen vom Haus für weitere Unternehmungen im Umland. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
