Very unfriendly. I tried to change the wrong date, but they wouldn't do it and I couldn't cancel the payment.
They wrongly marked the reservation date as the same day, so they told me to call trip.com to change it to the next day, but that was a lie.
On Trip.com, we just put off each other saying we have to do it at the hotel.

The location was ok but the rest was worst
In particular, it seems that the cleaning is not done properly, the facilities are in really poor condition, and it is rated as the worst value for money.
