Very rubbish, the service attitude is very bad, the environment is not very good, many things are broken, booked two rooms, the bed is full of sand, the next door is also very noisy, the front desk did not handle the matter, the tone was particularly bad, the phone was hung up before the words were finished, I don't recommend this hotel if you want to book a room

The waiter was very nice and the service was thoughtful. I accidentally lost my ID card, and he personally took me to the police station to get a certificate. Tea was also given when I checked in. It was a great experience

#negative #I was disappointed with the Service, Amenities; The weather was cold and the air conditioner in the room didn't heat up. I contacted the front desk and asked them to send another quilt, but they refused. There were vacancies, but they didn't try to solve the problem.
