Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one's hygiene truly stood out and put my mind at ease. From the lobby to the hallways, cleaning staff were constantly visible, regularly sanitizing surfaces. Public area handrails and elevator buttons were polished to a shine. Upon entering the room, I noticed that frequently used items like water glasses and remote controls showed clear signs of being disinfected. Even the slippers were brand new and individually sealed. In the bathroom, the non-slip mat and towels felt refreshingly clean, completely free of any damp or musty odor. This rigorous commitment to hygiene provided a profound sense of security for a traveler like me, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone who prioritizes cleanliness!

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. We took advantage of it being close to the Nanchang Star ferris wheel and enjoyed that followed by dinner at TGC at a nearby mall (the one that has a Sam's Club). The room itself was spacious with a nice shower, and breakfast was pretty nice with lots of options.

The location is near the river, surrounded by new residential areas, residential areas and commercial buildings under construction. There is no subway. The nearest subway station is Shangshagou, about 1.9 kilometers away. It takes more than 25 minutes to walk. After that, we took a taxi to Yangming Park Station and then took the subway out.
Because we booked the river view, we can see the library, the provincial museum and the warships on the other side of the river. The environment is relatively quiet. There is a street nearby where you can have a late-night snack. It's a bit far to walk. You can take a taxi to locate the ”Stupid Turtle” restaurant. I didn't try it due to the time constraints, but I feel it won't be worse than the Internet celebrity restaurant.
Hygiene: Very clean, the bedding has no odor and is dry. As expected, the Hilton series did not disappoint me. I touched the railings of the bedside table and the window, and there was no dust.
Facilities: A little old, but the overall design is simple, which is pretty good for Hampton level. The bathroom drains smoothly. The water size of the rain shower head is just right.
Service: 6 bottles of mineral water + 2 bottles of Coke are provided for the 3-person room every day. Fruits were also given on the first day of check-in. It is the kind of hotel where you can't see people, but you can feel the service everywhere. Supplies are replenished in time. Express delivery will be delivered to the room late at night. I like it.
I guess I didn't expect that there would be many people on the holiday for breakfast on the first day. I entered the restaurant at 9:30 and the food was not complete. I didn't eat bacon, but I ate mixed noodles and it tasted good. The taste of Western snacks is average. The quality of fruits is not bad. There are more hot dishes, maybe it's a personal habit. I don't like to eat stir-fried food early in the morning. The food was replenished in time the next day. However, the variety didn't change much, I guess I would get tired of it. I ate white sugar cake, which was very thoughtful.
The overall feeling is very good, more suitable for people traveling on business. The hotel has good sound insulation, and I can hardly hear the sound from the next room or the corridor.
