The lady at the front desk upgraded our room to the 50th floor. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. From the room, you can see Tengwang Pavilion and the night view of the Ganjiang River, which is truly beautiful.

I've never stayed in such a terrible executive deluxe suite. The hygiene was far from five-star, and I have no idea where all the good reviews came from. I would have been better off staying at a Hanting Hotel. The only star goes to the doorman. As soon as I entered the elevator, I saw betel nut stains from who knows who. In the room, there were still wedding confetti remnants from the previous guest, the glass coffee table was covered in dust, and there were unidentified stains on the throw pillows. When having afternoon tea on the 61st floor and dining at the 2nd-floor restaurant, I constantly saw food debris or grease stains on the chairs left by previous guests, and the staff seemed completely unfazed. The restaurant forks weren't clean and still had food stains. I even found hair in my breakfast bun. When I asked the server about it, they took the bun, said they'd give feedback, and that was the last I heard of it. The afternoon tea pastries were served directly on the plate without any lining paper or doilies, and the plates clearly had water stains. It's hard to imagine this is a 'so-called' five-star hotel. If it's for the view, you could easily find a better place. The service awareness is poor, management is chaotic, and the hygiene conditions are concerning.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Pavilion of Prince Teng and very close to the Wanshou Palace scenic area. The breakfast is abundant, the service is warm and friendly, and parking is convenient. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's definitely the top choice for a trip to Nanchang!

Let's start with the downsides: 1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night. 2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms). 3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy. 4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable. Now for the highlights: 1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos. 2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance. 3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic. 4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues. 5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude. Other notes: The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

Traveling to Nanchang for the May Day holiday, I compared several hotels before finally choosing Ruiyi. Its location is excellent, right next to Tengwang Pavilion. I booked a room with a view of Tengwang Pavilion, and the front desk arranged for the best floor. The view of Tengwang Pavilion from the room was superb. The hotel service was great, and the breakfast included some local Nanchang specialties. I was very satisfied with this trip and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanchang.

The location is good, and the views are nice. However, the room, service, and breakfast are all very mediocre, really nothing special. Choose carefully. There's a big discrepancy; perhaps they don't quite understand the standards here in Jiangxi.

Traveling with family to Guilin during the May Day holiday for my child's spring break, Nanchang was our first stop and this hotel was the first on our trip. I must say, we were very satisfied! 👍 The location is unbeatable, right next to Tengwang Pavilion. The hotel arranged rooms for us where one had a view of Bayi Bridge and the other overlooked Tengwang Pavilion – that alone made it worth it. Even though our child is a junior high student, over 160cm tall, the kind front desk lady still offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was excellent too. My partner is quite particular, a bit of a clean freak, and a light sleeper, so if she's happy, it really means it's super nice. Highly recommended! If we get a chance to visit Nanchang again, we'll definitely choose Reyi.

Overall, it's pretty good. Although many people say the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness is decent, and the basic services are all there. The takeaway lockers are right by the entrance, and there are even robots to deliver to your room. Since it's a bit far from the subway, we mostly relied on taxis to get around. Our room was on the 60th floor, which my child loved.

I chose the Swiss Grand Hotel for my trip to Nanchang specifically for the river and pavilion views. It's only 400 meters from Tengwang Pavilion, offering the best panoramic night views. The hotel is incredibly high, on the 65th floor, with great facilities and a standard-sized pool. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The walking path is perfect for a stroll and a great photo spot, highly recommended for tourists. I was also granted a late check-out, which I really appreciate.

The front desk lady upgraded us to a river view room for free, where we could enjoy the stunning night view of Tengwang Pavilion and the river directly from our room. Since we had a child with us, she also kindly provided an extra set of toiletries, showing excellent and thoughtful service. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a food street. Overall, the room was comfortable, the service was attentive, and it was a wonderfully pleasant stay.

First of all, a big thank you to the front desk staff for the complimentary room upgrade. The service staff were warm and attentive, and they promptly addressed an air conditioning issue we had during our stay, even following up afterwards. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from several Nanchang attractions and very close to the 666 bus stop for Haihunhou. However, the hotel facilities are old and run-down. The smart home features are practically non-existent, everything is manual. The linens clearly show signs of long-term use and need to be replaced with new ones. The air conditioning seemed to be stuck at a fixed temperature of 25 degrees, which felt stuffy and suffocating in the small space. Luckily, the weather cooled down during my stay, so I managed. I gave five stars for service and environment, but honestly, the in-room facilities are worse than those found in budget hotels costing 200-300 yuan.

Nanchang has many great hotels to choose from. I picked this one for its convenient location to Tengwang Pavilion Scenic Area, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The river view rooms offer a fantastic panorama of the Gan River and the CBD across from it. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the service was prompt. The Chinese restaurant also served some quite delicious food.

I checked in on Sunday, April 12th, at 2 PM. I immediately wanted to take a shower, but found there was no cold water! I called the service center, and they actually replied that the hotel was cleaning the water tanks, so there really was no cold water? Their tone was like, 'Having hot water is enough, right?' I asked them how I was supposed to shower with only scalding hot water, and they said, 'You want to shower? Oh, well, you really can't then.' It was as if the hotel thought no one would shower on a Sunday afternoon, so they chose that time to clean the water tanks. I also asked, 'Until what time will they be cleaning? And why wasn't I informed during check-in?' They said they had to ask the engineering department. Fine, so I tried to take a nap while waiting for the water, but then I discovered the air conditioning in the room couldn't be turned on!!! Housekeeping brought me an electric fan! Even with the fan, it was still very stuffy, so they opened the window for me and made me sign a commitment not to throw anything from the high-rise. I mean, did I ask to open the window? I wanted the air conditioning! Finally, the water tanks were clean by 5 PM on Sunday afternoon. I quickly showered and went to the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor for dinner. Then, on the third day, I also ate at the Japanese restaurant on the second floor. All the restaurants had excellent, very comfortable air conditioning! However, from my check-in on Sunday to my check-out on Tuesday, the room remained extremely stuffy for three days and two nights. The weather in Nanchang was so humid that even on the 55th floor, I couldn't feel any breeze when I put my hand out the window. I had to rely on the electric fan to sleep at night. During my stay, the hotel sent me a plate of fruit as an apology. What do I need fruit for? Is turning on the air conditioning so difficult? The hotel facilities look like a luxurious hotel, but the actual stay felt like a terrible motel. All the staff members just looked at me helplessly and told me to endure the heat! Oh, and by the way, the hotel hallways had air conditioning, but the rooms didn't. We booked a king room and a suite, and I'm certain neither had air conditioning. The housekeeping staff even admitted that the rooms only had a fresh air system, which is why they brought me the electric fan. An extremely infuriating experience!

This hotel boasts an excellent location and is a well-established property. The service is outstanding, with staff dedicated to patrolling the underground parking lot. They even contacted me when they noticed my car window was left open! Their professionalism is truly commendable, and I'm very grateful for their attentiveness!
