破舊就不説了 房間一股那種人住過油脂分泌味道 更奇葩的操作是 晚上兩點半睡着前台打個電話來吵醒説打錯了 早上七點半非要敲門送早飯來房間人都沒起來 然後正有外賣在前台 反問我你沒空自己來拿嗎 可能有ZF背景嘛各種機關開會 學生聚集中午睡覺各種吵鬧 大無語 能不住就不住吧 他們不差生意很多機關來開會

設施：相對老舊
衞生：差，入住後發現p1洗漱盒內有頭髮；p2馬桶坐墊有尿漬；p3淋浴區有泡沫漬；p4紙巾盒未滿，且第一張紙巾未摺疊；p5洗髮水與沐浴露不滿，像是前一位用完剩的；p6茶杯有水漬；平7房間內有蟲子；p8淋浴間地漏不好，積水嚴重。目前衹看到和記錄了部分問題
環境：學校內部，環境還是可以的
服務：早餐自助還可以，且有校內通勤車可以送到大門口或者青藍門（地鐵站），不過，沒有主動問我，前台説會問，但是沒問過我，我主動諮詢是否可以送一下，大早上的説送站車沒電。後來和別人一塊拼車送到地鐵站了。總之差強人意。

真心希望白鹿會館提升一下服務質量。一進房間就發現窗户關着的，整個房間一股黴味兒，地毯看着就沒清洗乾淨，更離譜的是，拆開牙刷一看，光禿禿的連毛都沒有。房間隔音也極差。去吃早餐忘了帶早餐券，工作人員告知必須回去拿，沒有券不能吃，因為不想回去拿想讓他們打電話和前台核實一下我們確實是有兩張券的，他們死活不同意就讓回去拿。還有，酒店的冰箱沒有通電，看着挺臟的。還有更離譜的，床單是有明顯的一塊污漬的，請工作人員換了一個新的，結果第二天早上才發現換過的床單的另外一處還是有一片污漬。

早餐還行，本地特色，空調很好，房間很大，衞生間也大；有重新裝修，裝修後的灰塵尚未清理乾淨，很多地方都有灰，衣櫃衣架都是灰；地毯也要洗乾淨點會更好；衞生間毛巾放在馬桶後面的平台，人才！預訂後不能退房，關鍵是得自己找學校平台去報備車號，這服務都推給住客來完成，也不知道還有同款服務沒有。感覺整體服務有待改善。

前台服務人員沒有表情；房間用品較乾淨，但設施陳舊，地毯肉眼可見地臟；衞生間看起來是新裝修，算乾淨。早餐9點就結束，這是不打算讓住客吃的意思。整體這家酒店的服務意識較差，如果是到師大出差或孩子在這所學校上學，可以考慮住一晚，畢竟校園還是比較安靜的。
