位置離八一廣場地鐵站很近，需要過個天橋。
設施：除了熱水器兩個人用需要等半個小時其他都很好。
衞生：是一個老式居民樓，牆上有些污漬，被子上有黑點點，但是老闆説都會換的，整體來説還可以接受，畢竟價格優惠。
服務：老闆是個阿姨，自己就住旁邊房間，人很好講話！

沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有一次性馬桶墊，，床品不乾淨，床會吱吱響，壓根睡得時候就不敢脱衣服，也沒洗澡
