1.訊息虛標（老闆説這個價位就是這樣子，但同價位人民南路商務賓館訊息沒虛標，這都是其次，主要是老闆不老實，標間沒空調，沒獨衞卻寫的有，誤導人，讓別人在不知情情況下定，這追究起來是犯法的，建議即時修改）
2.廁所味道重，水臭

4.一次性用具不齊全，同價位有一次性紙杯，牙刷，牙膏，一次性洗臉帕，有衞生紙等，這家沒紙杯，沒洗臉巾，沒衞生紙（其實這些貴得到多少錢） 參考之下，南充商務賓館提供這些
5.賓館挨着馬路，車輛聲很大，房間隔音效果差，大晚上一兩點還有人吼。
非惡評，衹是把真實情況反映出來，大家還是定靠譜點的好。後期會發個視頻，專門評測低價位賓館到底能糟糕到什麼程度，目前這家最差。

沒怎麼拍照片，但是環境真的絕了，雖然價格很便宜，但是建議大家多花二十塊，能住一個好多了的，主要就是感覺被騙了，真的很無語，人家這些價格都標明是公共衞浴，然後這個沒有，結果去了才跟我講，還説要加錢才可以換成那種，我真的會謝，希望大家避雷吧，我衹能説，我覺得又小又爛，公共衞浴就算了，床單感覺都要睡黑了，我真的栓Q，下次來南充再睡那個地方我真的會睡不着，一點一點，一丁點都不隔音，一大早，早上四五點就有陸陸續續的開門聲，還有穿着高跟鞋在外面一直走，各種各樣的吵簡直是無語，反正就是臟亂差，建議大家謹慎一點，我覺得你臟亂差公共衞浴都可以，但是你至少説明你是公共衞浴吧，真的好無語，
