Hôtel Nancy Centre Gare (Qualys-Hotel)

Sheets were dirty. Excuse of manager: "We don't clean our sheets, a sub company does it" Do I care who cleans the sheets?!? I got another room "cleaner".

This was possibly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The elevator was broken. The corridors and staircase perpetually stank of stale smoke and dirty laundry. The room was very cramped and had no air-con. The TV had only 5 basic channels because the hotel had not paid their provider bill. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to move in, and it was disgusting with mould everywhere and the shower curtain was a breeding ground for bacteria. The breakfast was ok, but for EUR 12 I expected a bit more than just some old cheese and cold meat and cereal and croissants. I was booked in for 2 nights and when i asked to cancel the second night they told me i could cancel but i would not get a refund, but it was so bad that i moved to another hotel for the second night anyway, and it was cheaper and 100 times nicer.

The hotel suite doesn’t look like the photos. When we entered the suite it was super cold and smelled bad. The atmosphere was cold. Then we found out that the wc flush was not working and the toilet was dirty with brown spots. I don’t recommend this accommodation. Better look for something else.
