Nous avons séjourné au B&B Hôtel de Corbeil-Essonnes du vendredi 09/06 au lundi 12/06/2023, soit trois nuits avec petits-déjeuners. Le dimanche matin, pas de couverts métalliques ni de récipients en dur, mais des couverts en bois et des gobelets en carton. Nous avons pensé que c'était du aux difficultés d'avoir du personnel le dimanche pour assurer un service correct. Le lendemain, nous avons eu droit à ces mêmes restrictions. Trouvant cela inadmissible car ne correspondant pas au service auquel nous avions droit et surtout pour lequel nous avions payé, nous avons adressé une demande de dédommagement au Service Clientèle. Malgré plusieurs relances, celui-ci a toujours refusé.

Nous avons pris 2 chambres, l'une l'évier salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas et l'autre sentait les égouts..... On entend les chambres voisines.... La literie et le petit déjeuner est correcte Le personnel très sympathique
