就是一間村裡的民宿，房間不大，設施也比較簡陋，而且居然兩個衞生間共一個熱水器，兩邊同時洗澡水忽冷忽熱，隔壁房間的洗完澡把熱水器的上水閥給關了，害得我搽了沐浴露，沒水洗，找老闆又不在家，叫他老媽處理，她半天都不上樓來解決，給我在衞生間涼了20分鐘，差點感冒。

酒店老闆很熱一情，民宿酒店乾淨衞生，離雲水陷謠中心位置很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，去懷遠樓和和貴樓也就800米。臨走這天，我預訂的車結果到點時返恢沒過來接我們，老闆娘知道後馬上幫我們聯車輛，才使我們沒誤火車時間。下次來玩還會選擇新偉。

酒店在景區內，站在頂樓陽台可以拍到下面的土樓。
出了南靖高鐵站，40元統一拼車價，司機給送到酒店門口。
非常乾淨的酒店，這是我退房時拍的照片，老闆和老闆娘人特別好，笑呵呵的，我來的時候，老闆幫我拎拉桿箱送上樓，走的時候，老闆娘幫忙拎拉桿箱，給我送上車，十分感謝！
老闆家的兩個孩子也挺可愛的，這是幸福的一家人，肯定會生意興隆財源廣進的。
整個雲水謠古鎮，民風樸實，值得去住上一晚兩晚，早起，古鎮安靜的時候拍照非常出片。

房間因為是三代人出行，所以搭了一個帳篷才説不大！七十多歲長者穿了拖鞋進去，因為室內是防滑瓷磚，沒有防滑墊，剛剛洗澡用過水後，長者摔了一跤，幸好沒有事！心情好，也就沒有跟老闆説這個事情了！希望注意！

衞生：很乾凈
環境：離土樓很近，住的的觀景房，窗外就是土樓，去景點非常方便，自駕遊有免費停車地方，性價比很高，看了挺多住宿都沒有獨立衞生間，這裡有，不過是蹲便。
服務：老闆非常好，給父母定的，免費升級了觀景房。附近吃飯還可以
