It is a very nice place. We have a driver with big car, so car park can fits a 9person car. The room is good, sad is toilet only has one, need to share among the 5 ppl. The owner has a restaurant downstairs, they promoted to us but we didn’t try. Their breakfast is only a big bowl of instant noodles, hence the second day we checked out directly to other place to have breakfast.

房間非常滿意，非常大，還非常乾淨，很新很新，老闆老闆娘人都很好，我們到的時候已經是夜裡11:00多了，還起來給我們做飯，真的太讚了，下次來土樓玩一定還住他家，樓下就是他們自己家的餐廳菜也燒得很好吃，價格很美麗。

1.這次的民宿入住體驗太棒啦！一進門就被温馨的佈置吸引，房間乾淨整潔，裝飾風格很有格調，處處透露着民宿主人的用心。床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得超香。下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！2.住過那麼多酒店，這家真的讓人眼前一亮。辦理入住時工作人員熱情又高效，房間設施齊全，智能馬桶、高清投影應有盡有，直接把入住體驗拉滿。酒店位置很好找，酒店美食眾多，出行也方便。早餐品類豐富，滿足不同口味需求。超棒的一次入住，強烈推薦！3.一踏入這家民宿，就有一種回家的親切感。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，採光特別好，民宿老闆特別熱情，推薦了當地好玩的地方，服務太貼心啦！下次來這邊旅遊，肯定還選這兒！4.門口停車很方便，有自己的大院子，老闆還熱心的給我們使用刷車**，房間真的讓我大開眼界，雖然一樓不是特別起眼，可是二樓的房間真的和圖片一模一樣！老闆還推薦我們免費觀看土樓的景點，不用交智商税

房間照片忘記拍了，同展示的照片一致。房間比較新，比較乾淨，不過一些細節位置的衞生需要加強些。酒店位置不錯，距離雲水謠景區和田螺坑景區都算比較近，如果自駕，肯定住這裡是不錯的選擇。1樓是房東自家開的飯店，吃飯比較方便。

優點：裝修設計好，空間大，智能傢俱便利，有充電樁。缺點：1、油煙房，從傍晚飯點開始整個樓道都是油煙味，並且會從窗户飄進房間裏，所以關門沒用，還得關窗。但是沒辦法關窗，房子剛裝修好的，有味道還是得散，關着窗更難受，我在油煙味和甲醛味之間選擇了油煙味。2、樓下是飯店營業時間很吵，晚上十點多了還在拉桌子拉的吱哇吱哇響，這些是可以避免的，但是樓下的飯店服務員不太注意。3、衞生整體都很好，但是洗手盆角落有一坨用過的濕紙巾在那裡沒有打掃掉還是有點膈應的，衞生細節還需要再加強。

雖然外面很破，但是，裏面裝修很好，很新，而且，老闆人非常好。景區很難打車，可以聯繫老闆接送。店裡的裝修風格感覺很簡約時尚，亞朵風格。很適合假期和朋友們一起來呀，度過一個快樂假期！也推薦大家來呀
