酒店位於雲水謠古鎮中心，生活比較方便，兩座世遺土樓懷遠樓和和貴樓可沿船場溪徒步去，風景優美。在和貴樓有6路公交，可去南靖縣城，也可到接待中心換乘到田螺坑土樓羣的觀光車。古鎮進出不易，但老闆一家都很熱情，到了附近打個電話就會去接你，幫提行李上下樓，也會盡量滿足提出的各種要求。對於古鎮民宿設施不可求全責備，夠用就好，全國古鎮都一樣，比不得大城市的。
