I didn't expect that when I entered the room, I saw that it was facing the road and the gas station, so I had to go downstairs and change a room. The room I booked on Ctrip does not include breakfast. I wanted to order breakfast. The customer service staff said it was 30 yuan per person, while Ctrip showed that the breakfast for each guest was 15 yuan. I negotiated with the front desk, and the front desk said that our standard was 30 yuan per person. There was no way, so I called Ctrip customer service. Under the coordination of Ctrip customer service, it was finally 15 yuan per person. Here, I would like to thank Ctrip customer service. The hotel is not equipped with disposable slippers. Later, I saw that they were delivered to other rooms, so I also asked for two pairs. The shampoo and shower gel were used. There was less than half a bottle of shampoo, and there was still water in it. Fortunately, I brought my own shampoo. The service of Wanjia Oriental Hotel is in urgent need of improvement.
