Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客，非常抱歉清晨外部水管施工的噪音打擾到您休息🙏。外面市政維修我們沒辦法管控，前台是24小時在崗的，如果噪音影響休息，您隨時可以聯繫我們，我們儘量給您安排相對安靜的房間。對於衞生間異味、牙杯衞生和房間出現小蟲子的問題我們十分抱歉，客房部已經加強杯具消殺、衞生間排風以及全屋定期除蟲。感謝您即使遇到諸多不便仍住滿兩晚，我們一定做好細節管理，期待下次給您一個舒心的入住體驗。
