Atour Hotel (Nanjing Xuanwumen)

Great hotel at good location. It is a less than 10 mins walk to xinjiekou mrt station. Along the streets were many food store and also had 2 convenience store beside it. Room wise was comfy. The hotel also had free supper every day from 9.30 pm to 11.30 pm. Food delivery was sent up by robot. They also had free laundry service. You can request for staff to do it for u or also DIY. Front office staff especially (阿象） and the bald young manager in office wear were kind and helpful. 阿象 helped to call up telecom services even after her work hours to check if we could buy china sim. Ngl, she was abit clueless but at least enthusiastic and helpful throughout. Overall highly recommended if staying in Nanjing.

Good hotel in general. Good location. The room is quite clean. It is nice and cozy. But for some reason the wall to the bathroom is almost completely see through. If there’s more than one person, one can see another on the toilet. There were many people on the reception. Everyone was nice. But no one knew how to deal with passports from a foreign country. Check in took us way too long.

Service was excellent, counter staff was willing to assist on many matters - they are very patient and thoughtful and when I checked out they offered me a small bottle of water to take to the airport. The room was clean and housekeeping was done every day. There was also a laundry room if you wish to do laundry.

Great service. My choice of hotel in China.

Around 5 minutes walk from the exit 4 metro station. 15 minutes walk to xuanwu lake and side of Ming city wall. If you like the serenity environment, it is a place for you. There are 2 restourants at the same buildingthat you can give it a try. The room is quite big. The improvement could be the mattress is soft and some part of furniture looks old. The good surprises was the porridge supper every nights. The traveling to xinjieko is 4 to 5 stations.
