The hotel is very neat and clean. When I first checked in, I saw that the design of the lobby was very Harajuku, but when I got to the room, I felt completely different! It's very comfortable. The toilet space is very sufficient. The toilet is mainly a smart toilet. The bed is also very comfortable. The location is very convenient. There is a subway station on a big straight road, but you have to pay attention to the time when you come back at night. The staff were very nice and attentive, they helped us solve our problems, and even brought us takeaways. Thank you very much.

1. Rooms and reservations are different. First of all, I was given a room that was very different from the 32-square-meter room I booked. It was so small that it was difficult to turn around, and I was not informed. 2. The waiting time for changing rooms is too long and there is no accurate time yet. I went to the waiter and told me to change the room. I looked at the room and thought it was OK. However, it was not cleaned, so I waited for it to be cleaned. I waited for more than an hour, and they kept telling me that it will be done soon. The problem is that you are slow to clean up. Please tell me. He said, "I won't wait for you." I also made it clear several times that if it takes longer, I won't wait. He said that it would only take 20 minutes at most before I agreed to wait. 3. It is very difficult to contact the service. There is no one at the bar all year round. Occasionally, there is a girl who basically ignores you and takes a long time to reply to your questions. Apart from the location, there are almost no advantages, and even after tidying up, there was hair everywhere!

First of all, I have booked rooms with construction noise around the room before, but whenever there is such a special situation that affects rest, the hotel will call to inform me after receiving the order. However, this hotel waited until I arrived to tell me that there was construction in the morning. And they have no right to stop the actions of the city government. You don’t have the power to stop it, but you have the ability to tell it, right? Secondly, there was no one at the front desk for a long time. I stood there and waited for a long time. Only when I was about to make a call did someone come. It is best not to look closely at the cleanliness of the room. When I finally checked out, there was nothing in the room that I could consume. When I checked out, I was asked to wait at the front desk for ten minutes for room checking. I don't know if they were afraid that I would steal a cup or a bath towel. The front desk informed the aunt about ward rounds, but she was still reluctant. There is no sense of service from top to bottom, is there?

The bedside table and table in the room were full of dust. The water temperature adjustment switch for the shower was very tight. I called the front desk and was told that I had to wrap a towel with the switch before I could turn it on. I asked my husband to turn it on. I couldn't turn it on as a woman. I took a shower in the morning. There's no hot water anyway, it's all cold water. Very poor experience. The sound insulation is very poor. People in the glass room below are singing and can't sleep at night. Not worth the price.

The decoration of the room is extremely missing. It is definitely not worth the 370 yuan a night. The things are very poor and the toilet smells bad. It was fumed overnight. Not recommended. It’s also very hard to find the place. I definitely don’t recommend it to seniors with children.

前台小姑娘都很漂亮可愛，服務很好！房間很新，馬桶是加熱蓋自動沖水的！位於小西湖景區，周圍全是隨時就可以出片的景色，離老門東、秦淮河夫子廟、三七八巷都是抬腳就到的地步！關鍵是，工作日出行住宿250大洋真是太值了！！瘋狂安利！！！

附近老門東、夫子廟距離很近，步行10多分鐘可達。酒店位於社區內，看着估計是老房改造後建成的公寓小酒店。年輕服務人員，服務態度很好！旁邊有咖啡店、美食店、酒吧非常齊全。建設的也很有特色，很多人來打卡拍照。 房間舉架比較高，小二層是大房間後搭建出的，上面睡一個成人沒問題。房間過道較窄，人多走起來費點勁。衞生間和洗浴間是分開的，也是小空間。牙刷毛巾、洗浴用品、吹風機很齊全。床上用品也還好，睡的挺舒服的。設施還是很齊全，空調操作簡單。就是窗户沒有紗窗，被蚊子叮了大包。 個人覺得比較適合朋友或兄弟姐妹（不拘小節、無潔癖）一起住，房間衞生加強些會更好。隔音差一點兒，晚上有唱歌、小朋友興奮喊叫有點擋不住。

優雅舒適的酒店，靜中帶旺，到老門東也就步行五分鐘。 簡約的裝飾設計隱藏了不少小細節和驚喜，可見東主花了不少心思。地方雖不大，但也包含了一個餐廳、咖啡廳和自助小書店。喜歡貓咪的，可到小書店和三衹非常漂亮的貓玩。

一次很棒的入住，酒店位置很好，臨近老門東，去夫子廟，總統府也都很近，不到800米就是地鐵站，酒店很新，設計的很有感覺，文藝氣息很濃，工作人員服務很棒，下次來南京還會選擇入住。
