Room was very big with a good toilet and bathroom. Overall a good experience. However, room cleaning didn’t make up the bed and cleaned the ashtray in the room, this is different from experiences at other hotels. In addition there were some stains on the couch but not too much of a problem. Location is ok, close to a subway station but a bit far from attractions except for Confucius temple scenic area. Overall a good experience at this hotel.

衞生：床單被套不乾淨，身上被蟲咬了幾個疙瘩，開始以為是蚊子咬的，但是越來越紅，像蟲子。第二天續住，跟前台説了需要換床單被套，回來後發現床上有兩根短頭髮（我們都是長頭髮） 再次聯繫前台，前台説讓阿姨上來幫我們換一下，結果上來的是保安大叔，板着一張臉説阿姨下班了換不了！
衞生：衞生很差，水壺內部水垢嚴重，外面都是白的灰，忘記拍照片了。花灑也有水垢 洗手枱設計不合理，洗臉的時候水容易往外流，搞得地上全是水
環境：門口在修路，打車不方便，要走一段路出去打車。所有房間都在二樓，跟迷宮一樣。
服務：重點是服務很差，極差極差極差！！！兩個前台都很差，板着一張臉，跟欠了她幾百萬一樣。訂了兩間房，中午出去的時候續住的付了550，出去玩一直到晚上十點多才回來，晚上回來去前台刷卡的時候發現房費大降價，兩間房衹要400了，要求退差價，前台態度極其不好的説我們店從來沒有退差價這一説法。
我們晚上十點多才回來住，房價直接少了150，重點是續房衞生還沒做，床單被套都沒換。真的是住的最噁心的一次酒店了

Albergo situato nella zona di Fuzimiao, comodo per spostarsi ed arrivare a piedi nella zona delle vecchie mura cittadine, tempio di Confucio e per il resto ci si sposta comodamente con taxi o servizio Didi. Cinsono varie tipologie di camere con o senza finestra, singole, doppie o familiari con finestra come la nostra per tre adulti. Spazi comodi per tutti, ottima colazione sia cinese che occidentale. Provate tutte e due e sono perfette. Il personale gentilissimo professionale. Ci hanno anche aiutati con la prenotazione del Memoriale del Massacro di Nanchino nonostante la barriera linguistica. Con i traduttori abbiamo risolto tutto. Lo consigliamo sicuramente alla clientela di tutte le nazionalità. Per noi 5 stelle.

酒店的位置+衞生都不錯，前台也很nice，
唯一缺點（房間離得太近，隔音差）入住第2天有1家5-6口入住，分配的2個房間剛好把我夾在中間，期間打開房門串門/聊天/吹頭髮，我們根本不用睡覺（早8點）希望類似的旅客能分配到相鄰的房間，不用波及其它房客。
