整體而言，我並不是很滿意這次入住體驗。 最主要的問題在於，酒店在預訂頁面上標註了提供自助洗衣服務，但我入住後才發現洗衣機是壞的，壞了好久一直沒解決。酒店並未提前告知直到我主動詢問。雖説前台提出可以為我辦理退房，但當時我已經完成入住，且臨時更換酒店既不方便，價格也有所上漲，而且也不一定可以退款，這種情況讓我感到措手不及。即使在辦理入住時主動告知，也至少可以給住客一個合理的選擇權。
除此之外，房間內的配備較為簡單，例如沒有紙巾，僅有廁紙；衹有幾個一次性紙杯，而非更為耐用的普通杯子等。早餐雖包含在房費內，但量少質量一般，無法吃飽。房間配置的洗浴用品欄標註了提供洗髮液和沐浴露，但實際房間內衹看到洗手液，不確定是標註不清還是確實未提供；我的牙具都沒拆，但浴室裏不知道多了誰之前用的牙刷。
如果不考慮這些不滿意的地方，房間本身算是過得去。表面上還算乾淨，除了電視幾乎沒有可看的節目，遙控器落滿灰外，硬件設施還算齊全。
總體而言，酒店的訊息不透明讓我感到不便。對服務要求不高的旅客來説，價格合適的情況下，它或許是還不錯的選擇。

經常來，房間很乾凈，但是這次前台太沒素質了，在平台上用積分兑換的延遲退房，12點打電話來非要我拿下去給他看，影響了一天的心情，語氣還很沖，自己不瞭解也要犟，這是酒店和平台的事為什麼要扯到消費者頭上來？？？

還可以，離地鐵站不到700米，中間還有一條小吃街，房間不是很大，畢竟價格也不是很貴。還算乾淨吧，晚上比較安靜。
