在攜程預訂出行十幾年了，感覺一直特別靠譜，這次是踩了一個大坑。因喜歡安靜特提前兩週付全款預訂了酒店的幾木雙床房，看酒店介紹此房型位於6-8層，並同時備註儘量高層。且此快捷酒店是500多的價格感到放心沒問題了，但沒想到還是踩了大雷。入住當日上午10點多接到酒店電話，開始以為是好意提醒我入住，後發現是我想多了衹問我來不來。明確告訴對方肯定去，得下午。 下午5點多到達酒店，前台兩位女生一邊辦手續一邊抱怨，“今天倒黴透了，人家上午都沒人來，全下午來…”聽到這兒心裏“咯噔”一下～ 給了一間6層的房間，我提出下單時備註了，希望安排8層的房間，答沒有了…我説別給錯房型，因為行政房在6層，答錯不了，比行政房面積大。我想就一天，估計也差不到哪去，6層就6層吧。這位員工也搞笑，還沒住呢，竟然索要起好評，説看你在攜程預訂的能不能給一個全五星好評…… 入住房間：房間特別小，可以用一間屋半間炕來形容，進屋直接水池子就是床，衞生間頂多有2平米，還被一分為二，坐便和淋浴，毫不誇張 在裡邊轉個身都困難，生怕蹭牆上。地面是黑色瓷磚，因清洗和保養不好，地面泛着白色水鹼印。洗手池衹能安排在房門處。而且特別臟和舊，放一次性洗浴用品的盒子上全是大小鵝淋印跡。想用枱燈，上面很多浮土，枱燈開關不在桌面，要把桌子往前挪開，探着身子使勁拽上來才能用。無語，這還是在單間裏最貴的房型，不知行政房間和常規房間會是什麼樣。沒想到疫情解封后第一次出行如此遭遇，挺失望的……退房時，前台居然再次索要好評，其實沒按備註要求也沒什麼，可以解釋一下即可，可偏説備註是在攜程上備註的，他們看不到…一推六二五，前台太鬆散隨意了…

離梧桐大道很近，出門就有梧桐樹現在有點點黃很漂亮，睡的很舒適，一覺到天亮，前台服務也很好，衞生很乾凈，還有消毒濕巾，服務細節周到，有任何需求都能及時回覆，還升級了房間，很開心，枕頭也很舒服。推薦……推薦，一如既往的好。
