Everything is good but I think the price is a little higher than what it should be. 25% less than what I paid will be more appropriate, especially compared to the 维景 hotel across the road.

先説優點：
環境：去明故宮和南京博物院都很近，走幾分鐘就到了。附近是小區和大學，這次體驗的南面的房間是很安靜的。
衞生：酒店衞生還可以，起碼沒在裏面發現什麼不應該出現的東西；浴室備品都是不可以打開的，挺安全。
一些意見：
設施：酒店除空調外的設施還可以，空調是中央空調，十幾度的天衹能開暖氣。就是説，房間裏的調節面板是沒用的，衹能開關，出熱風冷風完全酒店決定。在辦理入住時前台也沒告知，晚上很難睡好。後面還是開窗+開着窗簾在白天補覺的。
服務：在辦理入住時一直在推卡，不知道是不是因為有開卡kpi所以沒有給任何延遲退房和早餐贈送，而且要我報了三次手機號，真的非常麻煩。

很差的一次體驗，酒店位置確實不錯，不過從前廳服務員的接待水平方面來講，差勁！作為客人明確提出了訴求，而前台像個沒事人一樣。作為第一次來到南京的我，感到相對的冷落。真的是失望。竟然是連鎖酒店，希望店長和業主能夠看到這個評價，好好提升自己店面。第二天去了周邊其他同級別酒店，服務細節差距太大了。

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，有護髮素，因為自己是長髮對有護髮素的酒店很偏愛（如果再有身體乳就更完美了）。最喜歡的是酒店的枕頭，之前住酒店都是因為枕頭太高一直拿摺疊起來的浴巾當枕頭，桔子酒店的枕頭的高度就很舒服，特別贊！早餐也豐富可口，喜歡小窩頭和餛飩。服務也很貼心，看我喝水多，第二天回來就發現多給我加了兩瓶水。交通特別方便，距離2號線明故宮站很近，關鍵是距離我想去的南京博物院僅5分鐘的路！真是完美的入住體驗！

酒店就在明故宮地鐵口，離博物院非常近，步行四五分鐘就可以到，員工服務熱情，都會微笑着打招呼，大堂有新鮮的桔子，橘子糖和桔子餅乾，還有健身房和洗衣房免費使用，房間裏有小度可以智能控制燈光，電視和空調，洗護用品都是桔子味道的很清新，床品很乾凈，衞生打掃的細緻，大堂還有很多免費的景點印象可以蓋，強烈推薦！！！
