Nanjing Jinling Hotel- City Center

Staying at the Jinling Hotel for a short trip to Nanjing was an absolute 10/10 experience! It's an iconic, well-established hotel with a fantastic atmosphere, right in the heart of Xinjiekou. The 'fairy' concierge, Ms. Jie, provided meticulous and attentive service, always responding promptly. Housekeeping staff, ICEY and Xiao Sun, were very thorough in their cleaning. Whether you're exploring attractions or simply strolling through the city, staying here is incredibly convenient. Definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Nanjing! 👍 The views from the executive lounge are unbeatable, and the roasted beef tenderloin served during Happy Hour was absolutely delicious. The lounge staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered excellent Nanjing specialties like savory meat buns and duck blood vermicelli soup. The service attitude of staff across all departments in the hotel was excellent, making it a highly recommended place to stay.

This hotel, established in the 80s, is still going strong. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service quality hasn't changed; it still maintains a five-star standard. The service is prompt, though the breakfast variety and selection don't quite meet a comparable 5-star standard. However, their duck blood and vermicelli soup is quite delicious.

The Jinling Hotel Asia Pacific Tower is located in the heart of Xinjiekou. Deji Plaza is right outside, and it's very convenient to take the subway. It's not far from the Presidential Palace and Nanjing Museum, about a 20-yuan taxi ride, making sightseeing very easy. The hotel has a more classic design, with warm yellow lighting and wooden interiors. From the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows, you can overlook the city. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing in the rooms is good. As an established five-star hotel, the service is excellent. Check-in at the front desk was efficient. Staff escorted us from the Jinling Tower to the Asia Pacific Tower and thoughtfully introduced us to the dining options around the hotel. Breakfast is on the 56th floor and includes their signature Jinling steamed buns and duck blood vermicelli soup. On the 4th floor, there's a pool and gym, both free to use. I needed a firm pillow, and the hotel provided one upon request. When housekeeping cleaned the room, they specifically arranged our skincare products neatly on a small towel. Any requests were responded to quickly.

A family of three stayed in a 2-meter king bed, which was more than spacious enough. It was osmanthus season, and the fragrant scent wafting from the Jinling entrance was incredibly pleasant. Xinjiekou is convenient for getting anywhere, and there are plenty of places to shop and eat. The staff thoughtfully upgraded our room and helped us with a late check-out. We had dinner at Meiyuan in the evening, and as guests, we received a 15% discount. I especially want to commend the young man who served our table; he was very attentive and thoughtful, thumbs up! 👍 We will definitely stay here again next time, and hope for more discounts for returning guests.

I came for the Nanjing Xinjiekou night view and booked a high-floor city view room at the Asia Pacific Building, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Prior to arrival, I contacted their 'Esteemed Guest Hotline' and spoke with Mengmeng, who confirmed my request for 'non-smoking + high floor + Xinjiekou-facing'. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an expansive city view, which was absolutely worth it, whether watching the lights at dusk or the skyline in the morning. The bathroom also featured a bathtub, making for a very relaxing soak while enjoying the city vista. The enduring strength of an established hotel truly lies in this sense of prestige, and Mengmeng's dedicated assistance deserves a special commendation. I'll definitely be back for a second stay. Luckily, I also managed to get a table at the Meiyuan restaurant, and both the food and service were befitting of a five-star hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with a subway station just a hundred meters away. The service is top-notch, and the internal facilities are also very good. The city view room on the 50th floor offers a magnificent panoramic view. The breakfast selection is diverse, including local specialties. The service at Golden Bay is meticulous and heartwarming ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ

Even though Ferrari is old, it still has its charm; Jinling Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as our national brand! I stayed here with family and friends during the National Day holiday. I was initially worried that the hotel, being 43 years old, might have outdated facilities, but in reality, the maintenance is exceptionally well done. There were many guests during check-in, and Guest Relations Manager Ada proactively added us on WeChat and contacted us as soon as our room was cleaned. Our room included executive lounge privileges, and the lounge had different activities every day, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Both the facilities and service were consistently excellent throughout our stay!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service at Jinling Hotel. I specifically booked a high-floor room for my child, but upon check-in, without any prior notification, we were assigned to the 7th floor. The staff only mentioned that the facilities on this floor were more updated. The next day, they helped us move to the 34th floor, and we got to enjoy the beautiful night view as desired. However, the stay experience wasn't ideal. Our child kept crying and couldn't sleep well at night, complaining about itchiness, and we adults also found several red bug bites on our bodies. Considering we had already caused quite a bit of trouble for the staff by changing rooms, we didn't provide further feedback at the time. In comparison, the facilities on the 34th floor were indeed much older. Nevertheless, the overall impression remains positive, and I would still choose Jinling Hotel for my next visit to Nanjing. Next time, I'll definitely book the Asia Pacific Tower.

The Jinling Tower is considerably older than the Asia-Pacific Tower, and many of its facilities are not up to par, with room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. However, as an established five-star hotel, the service response is excellent; any issues are promptly communicated and resolved without delay. The service details and concierge are very attentive and thoughtful. Delivery service is quick, and transportation is very convenient. I recommend booking a room in the Asia-Pacific Tower.
