Nice environment and excellent customer service but extra work has to done in cleaning the room especially when an occupant is expected, that’s removal of cobwebs and moving bedside tables to sweep the hidden dirt

The balcony of the room is very large, and the front desk's attitude is very good. The original room was not very good. We paid a little extra money to upgrade the room type, and our stay was very comfortable. Will book again next time if necessary.

The room is too commercial. There are two massage cards. Nanjing is the provincial capital city after all. The bathroom is so small and the room price is not cheap. There are all facilities around, including food, supermarkets and banks.

The bedding is not fluffy enough, which slightly reduces sleep comfort. It is an old house, so it is a bit humid. The overall facilities are relatively old (for example, the clothes hangers are crumbling and need to be repaired). The windows are small, so the lighting is not good and it is dark. No big problems have been found in the hygiene (I haven’t taken a shower, so I didn’t see it) bathroom)
