很差，廁所沒有窗户非常潮濕，會長黑色的小蟲子，床底地板縫裡都是煙頭，整個房間進去都是煙味，衣服放在房間裏倆天后都是煙味，房間隔音不好，床簾也不遮光，國慶一天還要300多，最後一天去新街口住了

個人覺得，這個住的地方性價比還是不錯的，適合考試或者有事這種極速呆一晚。除了隔音效果不太好 其他還可以。

噩夢一般的回憶，茫茫黑夜的徹夜嘈雜的絕望，在這家賓館的回憶讓我不堪回首，哪怕很多天之後，也讓我從夢裡驚醒。 訂的是商務房，首先和照片不符，登記後二十分鐘不到，衹在房裡坐了一會，什麼東西都沒動，被子也沒動，實在太吵，諮詢前台後退房，前台同意，收了卡，退了按金，讓我在平台上申請。後來平台説商家拒絕，讓我聯繫商家。商家和前台不是一個人，兩人推諉扯皮大半天，最後説房間垃級桶的塑料袋裡有一片塑料，影響了他們優秀的賓館的乾淨，讓我賠錢。我説可以付，但我在中午兩點，呆了二十分鐘不到，床都沒坐，就在房間站了一會兒，卻讓我付80的鐘點房錢。而我一共才付了100。。。後來無法達成共識，衹能回去繼續住，給了一個所謂安靜的房子。但一晩上吵的要命，整晚吵得頭疼，問了前台，前台説外面的聲音不關我的事。我女朋友被吵得頭疼，被樓下煙酒味薰的反胃，都急哭了，哭了一夜，根本睡不着。早上五點，外面開始施工，更加吵。衞生很差，床單有污漬，被子又薄又虛，被子一半是被套，房間沒有一次性拖鞋，與圖不符，房間連放東西的椅子都沒有，就一個床。很臟，房間裏的塑料拖鞋特別臟，賓館沒有一次性的，衹能去隔壁酒店要了雙。。。平生歷經風霜，第一次遇到能讓我噩夢不止的賓館，發配寧古塔一般的絕望。

位置處於商業街地段，餐飲購物比較方便，但車水馬龍的熱鬧也帶來一個問題：燈換和噪聲。如果睡眠質量好的朋友不太介意噪音，酒店位置的便利還是相當不錯的。

老闆説這家店住滿了，讓去他的新店，看出來是新裝修的，傢俱很新。但是感覺沒有連鎖的安全，門的防盜鏈是壞的，感覺適合結伴入住。

客觀評價，交通便利，離地鐵很近，老闆也很不錯，但是設備和隔音真的實在太差！就沒住過隔音這麼差的，晚上旁邊四個素質教育漏網之魚吵鬧到一點多，隔壁房間打電話都能聽見，更別説吵鬧了，沒窗户，特別悶，被子也不乾淨，我隔着衣服都感覺癢
